At Purple X Clothing, we want you to love what you wear. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Change of Mind Returns
We gladly accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
- Items are returned in original packaging (where applicable).
- You have proof of purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt).
Please note:
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind — but we’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange.
- Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
- You're responsible for your return until it gets to us, so please pack it carefully to avoid any damage along the way.
- Final sale items, underwear, or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
Email us [info@purplexclothing.com] with your order number and reason for return
- We’ll reply with return instructions and shipping details.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your store credit or exchange within 3–5 business days
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the item you want is no longer available, we’ll issue you a store credit so you can choose something else you love.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’re really sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the fault or incorrect item
We’ll sort it out with either a refund, replacement, or repair in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Important Notes
- We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
- Refunds (for faulty items only) will be processed back to your original payment method.
